Jorge Prado has re-signed with Red Bull KTM Factory Racing to remain in the SuperMotocross World Championship for 2027, spanning across the AMA Supercross Championship, AMA Pro Motocross Championship and SMX Playoffs as part of a multi-year contract extension. The 25-year-old has been outstanding upon reuniting with Red Bull KTM this season, achieving two 450SX podium results in Supercross, and already standing on the 450MX podium twice across the first eight rounds of the outdoors. He is currently positioned third in the combined 450SMX standings. Prado first partnered with the Austrian manufacturer over a decade ago, making his full-time Red Bull KTM Factory Racing debut in the FIM Motocross World Championship in 2017. The Spaniard went on to clinch a pair of MX2 titles in 2018 and 2019, followed by consecutive MXGP crowns in 2023-2024. Next season will see Prado continue to gain experience in United States competition on board the KTM 450 SX-F FACTORY EDITION together with the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team, targeting ongoing success with the goal of becoming a title contender throughout the SMX categories in the future. Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Andrea Verona has been crowned the 2026 FIM Enduro2 World Champion after a dramatic final day at the GP of Wales in Rhayader. Delivering when it mattered most, Verona took victory in Enduro2 to successfully defend his title. Already crowned the EnduroGP and Enduro1 World Champion, Josep Garcia completed his dominant season with another double EnduroGP and Enduro1 victory aboard his KTM 250 EXC-F. The Spaniard has now an incredible 50 EnduroGP wins to his name.

The 2026 MotoGP world championship lapped the demanding 5.9km Silverstone layout for a hot and sunny British Grand Prix, and Red Bull KTM counted on a determined Pedro Acosta to deliver the factory’s best result of 5th position. Brad Binder also posted 8th place at round 12 of the series as the KTM GP Academy ranked 2nd and 3rd in the Moto3™ class with the KTM RC4.

Red Bull KTM Tech3 rider Maverick Viñales will be replaced by Pol Espargaro for the forthcoming MotoGP™ British Grand Prix, as he continues to manage the effects of an injury sustained at the Sachsenring in 2025.

Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Simon Laengenfelder finished 3rd overall for his seventh MX2 podium result of the season today through the draining sand of Lommel and the Grand Prix of Flanders. Round 14 of 2026 MXGP took place in more hot and dry conditions and a record 40,000+ crowd witnessed four tough and competitive motos in which Laengenfelder shone on the KTM 250 SX-F but Andrea Adamo also scored a bright 5th in the MXGP class on the KTM 450 SX-F.

Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Manuel Lettenbichler has claimed a commanding victory at the 2026 Red Bull Romaniacs to equal the all-time record of seven wins in the world’s toughest Hard Enduro Rally. Delivering a masterclass aboard his KTM 300 EXC, the German controlled the race from the opening offroad stage to the finish, eventually sealing the overall win in Romania by more than one hour.
