SAVE THE DATE: 2025 KTM EUROPE ADVENTURE RALLY TO RAMPAGE ROMANIA!
From the west to the east and deep into the heart of Transylvania, the 2025 KTM EUROPE ADVENTURE RALLY will get the blood pumping for another lucky contingent of KTM-riding thrill seekers. The eighth edition of the popular annual expedition will be activated on 5 December 2024 where 250 places for the 25-29 August 2025 will be available to book online.
Last year the Rally gathered in Portugal and the western tip of the continent. After journeying to destinations like Italy, Greece, France or Norway in other recent iterations of the event, the KTM EUROPE ADVENTURE RALLY now swings to the other side of the compass with the majestic forest trails, mountains and fields of central Romania primed for exploration.
From 25-29 August 2025, 250 riders of KTM ADVENTURE machinery – almost twenty different models – will be able to take the trip of a lifetime around the green, dense, and hilly landscapes surrounding the historic setting of Sibiu, nearly 300 km northwest of Bucharest.
As ever, the KTM EUROPE ADVENTURE RALLY is designed to suit riders of all abilities and skills and prioritizes the Adventure experience both on and off the bike. Riders will follow their own GPS equipment but can also jump into a small, guided group. A choice of trails depends on a participant’s handiness with the throttle and their eagerness. The route will forge memories thanks to the epic views and technical challenge. It has topography that will reappear in dreams and terrain that will highlight the very best attributes of the KTM ADVENTURE family. For the first time the trek will involve an overnight stop in another location.
The community vibe of the KTM EUROPE ADVENTURE RALLY is one of the best features. Emotional and inspiring moments are lived and shared, and friendships are made regardless of nationality, age or years on a bike. Every rider brings their own splice of orange. The stories during the day are matched by the fun, ‘awards’, downtime of the evenings and the final farewell party.
Sibiu is the hotspot for 2025. The mountain dips, meadows, gravel roads, forest trails, rocky ravines and much more litter the three-day program that also involves asphalt sections of the Transalpina pass (one of the highest roads through the Carpathian range) and even an attempt at part of the daunting Red Bull Romaniacs course.
The three-day Rally next summer will take-in the mountainous and woodland landscape around Sibiu, the Transalpina mountain road and a section of the Red Bull Romaniacs layout. The 250 slots for all KTM ADVENTURE riders will go fast. The previous seven editions of the event have sold out quickly and earned praise for the riding, the community feeling and the entertainment away from the saddle. The KTM EUROPE ADVENTURE RALLY is designed for all levels of riding ability and for those with an adventurous spirit!
