EICMA is 110 years old. That’s a lot of motorcycles. A lot of people also. The event is widely recognised as the largest motorcycle show in the world. Last year, from November 9-12 2023, almost 600,000 scanned through the doors of the Fiera Milano in Italy setting a new record for attendance.

2024 is the ‘110’ for the Italian expo and it will have a big orange flavour as KTM will lower the sidestands for a large, official line-up for the first time in half a decade.
EICMA (pronounced ‘aik-ma’) is a dizzying labyrinth of lights, music, screens, branding, shiny new products and vehicles, innovation and noise. The design of the bikes, gear and apparel is matched only by the design of the glitzy and creative stands and display areas. It can take an entire day to navigate the caverns of bike bling. Big names, new names, and star names are all there, including renowned personalities from the racing world. EICMA brings it all, and KTM will stand out with a 1400m² set-up, showcasing the best in the industry.
Many of the visitors to Milan are enticed by the spread of fresh motorcycles from every significant brand all in one place but also by the prospect of vendors and the endless commercial area. EICMA puts on sideshow demonstrations and competitive events (MotoLive) around tracks and layouts in the sizeable Fiera grounds outside.
To outline why this year’s spectacle will be especially memorable we formulated 3 key questions…
1) Why EICMA?
It’s all in the numbers. 560,000 people in 2023 could be surpassed in 2024. The vast level of public is complimented by thousands and thousands (7k in 2023) of international media that take profit of the two trade days on Tuesday and Wednesday before the halls open to the public on Thursday. And there is plenty to see. 2023 pulled more than 2030 brands and 700 direct exhibitors. Even though EICMA can be intense, it’s the largest stage for wares and the biggest playground for brands all eying each other’s work and communication efforts up-close.
2) What’s in store from KTM?
Bikes and loads of them but also a wide spectrum of KTM management and experts on hand to talk to guests, fans and media. Count on more than twenty 2025 models including some special surprises. Discover more about the KTM 1390 range across the sectors and curious latest developments like the KTM FREERIDE E. Title-winning KTM SX-F and KTM EXC-F bikes will take pride of place, as well as the boosted KTM FACTORY EDITIONS.
