The following year, Acosta made a sensational debut in the Moto3 World Championship, becoming the first rider in Grand Prix history to finish on the podium in his first four races, including a remarkable victory at the Doha Grand Prix after starting from pit lane. He went on to secure the 2021 Moto3 World Championship title in his rookie season, solidifying his status as a rising star.
